Shipping times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We may use third-party shipping carriers including but not limited to Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or other courier services.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges that may apply to international shipments.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, when applicable.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. APEX PRINT is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at apexprintca@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and products.

APEX PRINT is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control once the order has been transferred to the carrier.

 

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

Local pickup may be available for selected orders in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery within Moose Jaw may also be available for eligible orders. Delivery availability, delivery fees, minimum order requirements, and delivery times may vary depending on the order size, product type, and delivery location.
