You can create your own 3D model. If you do not have a model yet, you can also find free – ready files online through platforms such as MakerWorld, Thingiverse and Printables.

Please make sure you have permission to use any file you submit. Send us your .STL, .3MF, or .OBJ file.

Materials & Colors

We use PLA as our standard material for indoor items and PETG for outdoor items.

PLA is a versatile material that works well for most indoor products, including decorative items, organizers, gifts, display pieces, and general-use products. Its heat-deflection temperature is approximately 55°C.

PETG offers greater durability and better resistance to heat and moisture, making it a better choice for outdoor products or items exposed to more demanding conditions. Its heat-deflection temperature is approximately 68°C.

These two materials meet the needs of most projects. We keep a wide range of colours in stock and offer multi-colour printing for eligible designs.

Pricing

Pricing for PLA and PETG prints is based on the final weight of the printed item.

Most standard prints are charged at a $2.00 CAD base fee, plus $0.03 CAD per gram of material used.

For example, if a decorative item weighs 100 g after printing:

$2.00 + (100 g × $0.03) = $5.00 CAD

We can provide an estimated price before printing begins. For projects that are especially complex, require long print times, or need additional preparation, an extra fee may apply. Any additional charges will always be discussed and confirmed with you before we begin printing.

Turnaround Time

Production time depends on the size and complexity of the model. Once your order is confirmed, we will schedule it for printing as soon as possible.

For most standard orders, items can be ready for pickup by the next business day. Larger, more complex, multi-colour, or higher-quantity orders may require additional time.

Print Size & Quality

All 3D printing orders are produced using our high-performance Bambu Lab H2C printers and Bambu Lab Filaments.

Final print quality depends heavily on the design and quality of the original 3D model. While we carefully review files and use reliable equipment and materials, 3D printing is a manufacturing process and print failures can occasionally occur. Any print failures or reprints resulting from defects, errors, or non-printable features in the submitted 3D model will still be charged in full.

We reserve the right to decline any request that involves prohibited, unsafe, or inappropriate items, including but not limited to weapons, weapon parts, sharp or dangerous objects, sexually explicit items, illegal items, or content that may create safety concerns.
